Jaybird Week: This week, we’re focusing on the letter J and its sound!

Monday: Let’s get those Jaybird voices warmed up! We’ll be exploring the importance of using our voices to express ourselves and be heard.
Tuesday: Dream Big! Children will embark on a journey of imagination as we discuss their dreams and brainstorm ways to make them a reality.
Wednesday: Sunshine House Birthday Bash! Get ready to celebrate our preschool’s special day with fun games, festive decorations, and delicious treats!
Thursday: Let’s climb up the hill and down the hill with Jack and Jill! We’ll be learning this classic nursery rhyme through songs, movement, and art.
Friday: Jellybean Fun! It’s Jellybean Day! We’ll be counting, sorting, and exploring these colorful treats while learning about colors, numbers, and taste.

Phonics: J says J J J J Jaybird, I talk until I’m heard.

Parent Tip: Nurturing Your Child’s Dreams

“Believe in their big ideas.” Children have incredible imaginations and often dream big. It’s essential to encourage their aspirations. Show genuine interest in their dreams, ask questions, and offer support. Let them know that their ideas are valuable and that you believe in their ability to achieve them.
