January Craft

This month we are learning about Lions at Sunshine House. Here’s an art project you can do at home with your preschooler.

All you need is to create this Painted Lion Craft are a few things from around your house.

Yellow Construction Paper
Black Marker
Plastic Fork
Orange or Brown Paint
Glue
Googly Eyes (or white and black paper circles)

Draw a circle in the middle of the yellow paper. Glue eyes. Draw nose & mouth with black marker. Pour paint in a small bowl or plate. Dip backside of fork in paint. You can use one or both colors of paint. Make a print with backside of fork around the outside of the circle n yellow paper. Let your lion dry.
