April Craft– Caterpillar Crawling on a Leaf

All you need is to create this Spring Craft are a few things from around your house.

Green Construction Paper
Pom-Pom Balls
Glue
Googly Eyes
Black Marker

Cut green construction paper in the shape of a leaf. Draw black lines to embellish leaf outline. Have your preschooler build a caterpillar on the leaf using pom-pom balls, googly eyes and glue. Let dry. You can add to this craft by reading the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar. This is a great way to start practicing math- counting and patterning while being creative!
